Our stay here was exceptional; well designed spaces and a good location is what we always look for when booking a place. Casa Ofelia surpassed our expectations, but what really made it special was the staff’s service and hospitality, along with their attention to detail and efforts on making our stay comfortable and top notch. The staff were incredible to us! Always greeted with a smile and warmth. We felt very safe and taken care of. The location was perfect for walking around. Our room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. If you are taller than 6 foot your feet may hang off the bed, though. The rooftop lounge was great. If you want a full breakfast you can go to the cafe next to the hotel.
We arrived very tired after a 11 h flight from Europe. When we arrived after a dinner we immediately felt welcomed. They presented us our rooom and helped with all our luggage, I felt very taken care of. Thank you for everything
I've spent the night twice here. Great atmosphere and excellent vibe. The staff was always helpful to make sure everything went smooth, quick and easy. Would always come back for a few drinks and snacks (room service), just ask for "El Padrino" drink, awesome!

Rooms are clean and thoughtfully decorated with minimalist furniture that just make sense. What changed since our last visit is how the hotel treats you beyond the decor. There's a strong sense that the staff are more present, more responsive, where service once may felt generic, now the experience leans toward individual.
